@HeatCulture13 Does your body hurt trying to do the things you simply couldn’t do as well anymore? Like he explains not having the lift. Is it just not getting up as high or did you feel heavier/less athletic, or did it hurt trying to jump higher or get to those marks like you used to? Curious
