I too once paid at Flipkart via Gpay offer page but never rec'd the reward amt. Instead they added a new offer to shop at 'Meesho'.Its a Scam.

@AmazonHelp Yes. They apologized a lot. That they make sure that such mistake will not be repeated again. Considering one time exception they want to compensate me and issued a Refund of Rs.441.60 only which will get credited in my Amazon pay wallet within 24 hrs.

Why do you have FALSE SORRY and GENUINE SORRY?

Honest customers get cheated and mentally harassesed by Amazon's 'FALSE Sorry' & cust. give up or forget the issue.

But if Amazon get caught at last,they make 'GENUINE SORRY' but not REFUND.

Also they have hidden the chat with customer support in Amazon app for all, in general. This is a tricky method for avoiding refund and replacement

So, a/c them case resolved.
Amazon plz pay compensation for refund promised but not credited.

After Refund confirmation, how you can avoid the refund for the amount paid by me for goods and services not provided?
