This morning I was walking my dog in Soulard, I’m the one in the wheelchair, and a car without plates plowed into me as I was in the crosswalk and drove off. @SLMPD responded quick, so thanks. But why are plates no longer a requirement? Oh, dog is ok and I’m at hospital.
This is a great story about the huge growth in youth mountain biking across Missouri via NICA, but especially in the St. Louis region, and the adults and kids making it happen: https://t.co/FQ2oIx6aPP

A sea change is happening in St. Louis around sustainable mobility.
The city has quietly announced more than $300m in street safety infrastructure set to roll out over three years thanks to funds from the American Rescue Plan and other federal grants. https://t.co/nwqNsEcL1v
so very tired of progress being gated on self-centered car perverts who are incapable of rational thought (congestion pricing benefits motorists more than anyone, you imbeciles!) and the spineless politicians who prostrate themselves before them. shame on you, @GovKathyHochul
I feel like I spend an inordinate part of my day patiently explaining to otherwise brilliant people why electric cars or eVTOLs are not the solution for transportation equity, for fixing our broken land use policies or even for basic fairness.

These intersections by the Marshall trailhead are pretty harrowing. I want to use it to take my kids to Brentwood Park once the new path is done. Cars roll through the stop sign and pull up to the road to turn, maybe narrow it? @GreatRiversSTL@Lawarnold
