Revolutionising football & teaching Pep how to set his midfield (from home) 🎮

The third season was always going to be the turning point.

Are we a fairytale on borrowed time… or the start of a dynasty?

The run-in would give us the answer.
This was the calendar. We needed a miracle.

@TajonarFM Those never change.

Positive mentality.

the only things I tweak are:
- Work ball into box when I feel we’re wasting long shots
- Low crosses when we struggle to score headers or when we’re imprecise with crosses
- Play for set pieces when we struggle to score

@TajonarFM - ‘Dribble More’ on the FBs and BBM
- ‘Roam’ from position wherever possible
- ‘Shoot less often’ when the player has <12 in long shots

@Passion4FM Great work mate! After three years the amount of talent coming out from the Youth Teams is amazing!

If paired with @fmmatchlab training overhaul it’s even better as it allows to have a realistic development of the youngsters! ⭐️

Thank you for the hard work!

[Nils Freedhom @NilsFreedhom]

@pontadelanca10 IMO the only way to go is a CF (A or S) if playing with a 1 ST formation or Pressing Forward with a Trequartista/False 9 if playing with 2 ST.

I’m using Ferguson and Delap and when playing with a CF (s) role they link the play as expected even if they’re not Havertz..

[Nils Freedhom @NilsFreedhom]

💎 Nwaneri, Rigg, Miley, Lewis, Gray.

💭 Dreams: Bellingham, Lewis-Kelly, Dowman, Ngumoha.

Probably the most exciting save I’ve ever experienced.

Happy to answer to all of your questions if you have any ⭐️

Here’s the squad for those curious. Small roster, big talent.

The goal? Develop national gems and one day replace Tuchel. Brighton’s style, worldwide. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

Quick tip about in-game management 🧠

If one of your players gets a 🟨 there’s no need to sub him off or add “ease off tackles”

Tell him to calm down!

I’ve been using this trick since FM24 was out and I’ve never had a player sent off with two 🟨🟨

Some of my all time FM systems that I've saved. Love going back through them when I need inspiration 👀😂

[Nils Freedhom @NilsFreedhom]

New day, new setup to try.

In this save for the first time I’m being able to change tactic almost every match an this 3-5-2 seems really a thing 👀

The CWBs with ‘cut inside with the ball’ are a pleasure to watch 💫

3-2-3-2 🧠

[Nils Freedhom @NilsFreedhom]

The experiment goes on.

I’m trying different shapes and probably this will never be an entire-season tactic but I’ve to admit that it produces very good-looking football. 💫

[Nils Freedhom @NilsFreedhom]

@FmCatenaccio This is obviously not a defensive tactic but I have to admit that I expected much worse performance for the back three. I tight mark AML, AMR, AMC and ST to generate 4 1v1. Played just few test matches and I still have to figure it out the perfect setup to ensure balance.

[Nils Freedhom @NilsFreedhom]

After winning the league with Brighton, it’s time to add some more flair: welcome the 3-3-3-1 💫

High risk, high reward — 24 shots and 3 goals vs Dortmund in our UCL debut.

Fluid, aggressive, fun.

Let’s see how far it can go.

@Augustine_Qubi I think you can maximise your scouting setup at Juventus. How many scouts do you have? I’d suggest to assign every scout to a smaller area. The more restrict is the scouted area the better will be the results of the report! 🔎

[Nils Freedhom @NilsFreedhom]

Building a dynasty starts with player trading — and that means smart scouting.
Every major nation gets a dedicated scout. Smaller ones are grouped, based on geography and accessibility.
We’re not chasing specific roles. We’re hunting for raw talent

How do you setup yours?
