Body fat -> sudah lumayan, but need to be more lower
Weight -> honestly fluctuating but managable,
Bmi -> quite High,really need to work on this
Diet -> manage to meal prep, but also sometimes cravings go haywire and start to order stuff and eat a lot.

Lowerbody-> Bagus (Genetic)
Upper body -> Okay but still need some work on shoulder, torso, and definitely stomach.
Arms -> Tricep gud, can be better, Bicep Okay need more improvement
Face -> okay juga sometimes bloated. Need some more work.
