Why rim light?

1. Stylistic choice.
2. It helps to bring the assets together. Using a painterly style, it can be difficult to make it look blended when the assets change. I thought using a bit of rim light would give it a more natural feel throughout the collection.

A lot of thought needs to go in planning PFP collection. One of my rookie mistakes was not taking account of borders and overlaps consistently throughout the creation of bodies and heads, leaving some assets misaligned and needing some late game fixing.
