Returned to City hospital.
6 weeks overall in intensive care.
Kidney un recoverable.
Now back on dialysis.
All due to poor medical judgement!

Sent to Lagan Valley for non covid chest infection.
Admitted to ward with covid.
Caught covid.
Suffered renal failure.
Transferred to Ulster.
Renal function partially resumed.
Released after 1 test. With no review plan.....
