Cyber Risks are not going anywhere , that means cybersecurity is not going anywhere ..

Cyberisks will only evolve as we have seen over time with Malware,sql injections,cross site scripting and most recently AI powered attacks ..

So Cybersec roles will only evolve alongside it. Take the GRC role for example , we have always know it to the non technical and “SOFT CYBER SEC ” as some call it, however all that is changing now.

GRC ENGINEERING roles are springing up as teams and orgs now require their GRC personnels to be a bit more technical if not fully hands on.

So the question for you as a newbie isn’t “Are Cybersec roles still going to be relevant ”

The question is “ How can I plug into this ever evolving field and keep evolving with it ”
