Another angle to this is that dogs effectively stumbled onto what is for them the equivalent of artificial superintelligence 20,000 years ago. The Singularity already happened for dogs. Potrivit art. 46 din Codul administrativ, dacă prim – ministrul este demis de Parlament, Președintele României desemnează un alt membru al Guvenrului ca premier interimar.

Premierul de acum 5 luni, Bolojan, a fost demis de Parlament.
Președintele României, în ciuda obligației pe care i-o impune Codul administrativ, nu a făcut absolut niciun gest de intrare în legalitate - nu a numit niciun ministru din guvernul demis în calitate de premier interimar, nu a decis nimic referitor la Bolojan, nu i-a cerut să plece de la Palatul Victoria, nu a fost acolo, pentru a prezida o ședință de guvern în care să îi ceară lui Bolojan să plece.

Așa că Bolojan nu a plecat. A rămas premier de facto. Nu pleacă de acolo “nici stropit cu apă fiartă”.

Potrivit art.46 din Codul administrativ, Bolojan este un uzurpator al demnității de premier al României. Asta e infracțiune.

Mult mai grav este că, în calitate de premier de facto, are acces la documente și informații strict secrete, ceea ce este, de asemenea, infracțiune. Tot așa cum a fost infracțiune ca Iohannis, care și-a luat cu de la sine putere vreo 2 luni de președinție de facto, după ce i-a expirat mandatul, să aibă acces la documente și informații strict secrete.
Strategic inadmisibil este, dată fiind poziția României de membru în NATO, ca Bolojan să aibă acces la informații strict secrete ale NATO.

Din punct de vedere democratic, această batjocorire pe față a statului de drept și a principiului separației puterilor în stat este atât de grav inadmisbilă încât se constituie într-un foarte serios motiv de demitere a lui Nicușorișor, pentru că el este cel care a permis, din neștiință sau cu rea-voință, o asemenea batjocorire.
