@SamsungIndia After 45-50 days they informed that driver mother board will need to be changed and maybe it will resolve. However after 15 -20 elapsed, there is nothing done nor any communication of a time line. The problem is entirely created by service team following a routine servicing #5

@SamsungIndia After multiple followup calls and mails it took almost 40 days for the service engineer to come and look at the product. Reault- no resolution again. They keep saying it will be addressed but do not call back or make any move to actually address the issue. #4

@SamsungIndia The lint was removed but resulted in other disruption - the cycles were not performing as required. Again there was huge follow-up to get the same addressed. The service engineer from partner is unable to resolve a problem which was created by him

The major contributors for traffic snarls are indiscriminate parking around Dagdi Park, roads leading towards Centre Point and Jain Mandir from the Park, narrow lanes near Dharaskar Hospital & commercial establishments near it, encroachment by GoGas office near Jai Kalpana bldg.
