His bag was left on the belt. Though similar I figured it's not mine and has been exchanged. Informed a lady from @IndiGo6E whose prompt actions helped me get my bag since the given person was still at the airport. Thanks to her! Had to give the due credit.

(1/2) Recently while I was travelling from Ranchi to BOM by @IndiGo6E , a passenger from the same flight picked my bag from the conveyor belt since it looked quite similar to his bag.

@SarathiParivahn While applying for learning license and then permanent driving licence, the RTO office assigned to me is North Delhi while I stay in South Delhi. Not only is this location 1.5 hours away but it doesn't have an online slot booking system. It is not feasible.
