Today's cruel & cowardly terrorist attack on innocent people by the morally bankrupt & criminal Al-Shabab group cannot discourage us,but will further strengthen our resolve to defeat them once & for all. Our government & brave people will continue to defend #Somalia against evil.
I have learnt with sadness the tragic loss of our Son General Farhan Qarole; A gallant who has bravely remained in the front line in the war against Alshabaab. He sacrificed his life to save many lives & I ask my fellow citizens to pray for him & his family at this time of grief.
When your heart is hurting, you think you’ve reached the end of the road and you feel empty; be careful what you fill it with! Satan is an opportunist. He will unleash many evil thoughts; strive to block him out. Turn to the Almighty. Seek His help. Only He can heal you.
When you feel guilt in your heart after you’ve sinned, be grateful. It’s the Almighty’s way of telling you to repent and do good. He’s offering you a way out after you’ve gone against what He has prescribed. That’s His Mercy.
Don't judge others just because you've heard what they've done. Always give people a chance to prove themselves. It’s the least you can do and not have preconceived ideas planted in your head. Remember, the Almighty can move hearts. He guides whom He wills anytime.
When we feel rejected, misunderstood and let down by people, it’s the Almighty teaching us a valuable lesson. Remember the wisdom in all that. When you depend on others, expect to be let down. That’s the nature of humans. We should really be depending on Him for everything.
Hearing that security forces are in the final stage of concluding the operation at #HayatHotel. I’m told bomb disposal experts are going through the rubble to defuse any unexploded devices. #Mogadishu
From the security perspective, there could be a link between this video and the explosions that ripped off the Hayat Hotel’s rooftop. And I think it's worth investigating by Security agencies.
#BREAKING: One of the pillars of Somali art, author and the best poet ever, a well-respected and the legendary of Somali literature, Mohamed Ibrahim Wasame ( Hadraawi) has on Thursday passed away in #Hargeisa, his family and friends confirmed.
#Somalia
My role model #Hadraawi, a towering figure of Somali poetry, culture, and language has fallen. Unanimously loved and admired by all Somalis for his strong ethical and moral stance on public discourse. His memory and wisdom shall always stay with us. May Allah grant him Jannah.
Satan does not want you to repent at all. But if he can’t do that, his next best plan is to delay your repentance. He tries to tell you that it will be easier later on. That’s a lie. The longer things go on, the harder it becomes to repent. Don’t wait. Do it today.
Remember that your struggles always lead to strength. Every difficulty in your life, whether big or small, will produce more strength, faith and perseverance in you. All the pain that you endured has a purpose. Don't give up. Keep moving.
