Whoever has this reading can slump and die, can also sleep and not wake up. It didn't start one day, but regular check-ups will help you to know when it is getting high .....
The Nation is tense .... Take care of yourself
When was the last time you checked your blood pressure.
Remember health is wealth, and if you insist on fighting, admissions into the federal university of Kiri Kiri is always open 👐
heart muscle, and blood clots in the lungs.
Another hour of delay could have changed everything.
But this is why we built Tristate Hospital, Lekki. Our team moved with urgency. Rapid diagnosis. Emergency intervention. Clot removal. Respiratory support. Intensive monitoring. 4/8

Do not rush out of the slippery bathroom to pick your calls. Cultivate the habit of calling back when you are done instead. Airtime is far cheaper than brain surgery.
Nutrition & Dietetics
It’s a course people are sleeping on, apart from the fact that they’re in high demand in the Hospital/Medical field & they’re still in short supply in the country, if I’m a Dietitian residing in Nigeria as of today, I’ll not join others looking for hospital job, my target will be the NGOs & I’ll work my ass to find a place in the WHOs, UNICEF, USAID, SFH of this world.
One of my good friend who did Food Science & Technology in FUTA enrolled for Public Health Nutrition for his MSc in Ui, Guy works for Hellen Keller today. He’s now an Oga patapata in that NGO.
NB- In this life, Info leyan fi n fo. Don’t sleep
@qu11685@LJLAcademy@humansofljla@LagosHOS Can I be of help? If yes, DM
I double as an academia and professional in COREN & Nigeria Metallurgical society ( NMS).

@5starbarber_1@DRtifi@Pepsi_Naija Throw a PEPSI party with your friends/course mate/lodge mate (male + female)……
Compose a small gingle with them (your friends: male + female friends ), make it go viral, & wait to see the magic.
I’m not a prophet of doom, but anytime any of my mentee is leaving Nigeria for the first time overseas, I always advise that they do not keep all their eggs in one basket- No such thing as 23kg- Food, other 23kg- Clothes. It’ll be depressing if any of the bags got missing & you can’t retrieve it for weeks, what’ll you be eating/wearing?.
I always prefer it’s split, food & clothes in both.
One day, I was proved right, one of the bags got missing, never retrieved till date, only compensation given, however, the other bag contain a mixture of clothes/foods.
Sad situation but it’s what it’s. How on earth is a JJC expected to navigate the first few weeks in a new country with no clothes.
NB- Till date, I adopt same method too.
