2) AI Mondays Initiative:
Introduced "AI Mondays," dedicating every Monday exclusively to AI-related activities, effectively allocating 20% of the total payroll to AI education and project development. This initiative aimed to deepen the team's AI knowledge and application through learning and experimentation​​.

3) Comprehensive AI Education and Tools:
Sponsored education and tools for employees, offering up to $1,000 for each employee to learn about different AI models, tools, and applications. This investment was aimed at equipping the team with the necessary resources to innovate and apply AI across various aspects of their work​​.

4) Encouraging an Augmentation Mindset:
Promoted the concept of AI as "augmented inspiration," encouraging employees to think of ways AI could enhance their daily tasks. This approach fostered a mindset of continuous improvement and innovation, leveraging AI to augment human capabilities​​.

5) Revised Recruiting Practices:
Transitioned to hiring "AI-first people," changing the company's entire recruiting approach to prioritize candidates with AI skills and mindset.
