Hi @AQA - is it maybe time to admit that your new systems clearly weren't stress-tested and have failed this year? Hundreds of examiners awaiting payments for marking and all they get is a generic DM. People shouldn't be responsible for chasing their own pay, YOU are responsible!

@atkinsmaths @D_M_Calvin @AQA So apparently the only way you can do it is wait for the Peoples Pension to email you, then wade through all the promotional rubbish to find the part where you can opt out. Use the employee number in the email, your DOB and NI number and click the button on the link to opt out.

@AQA you promised someone would look into this 2 days ago, I've had no messages, no payslip and no payment. I marked 345 papers then took on an additional 200. I would like to get paid or at least an explanation as to why my original 75% payment is still outstanding??

@ofqual @AQA I think the main thing you need to know is that examiners have been doing this for free as our payments have been withheld by @aqa!
