@CanonUKandIE I contacted chat. They advised service centre that doesn’t work under warranty 😂 this is a brand new camera. Never been used. They knew exactly that err 70 is mother board. Canon shame on you for a known poor product. The cost on the consumer and no photos.

@CanonUKandIE A tiger in Bardia, I go on Friday. The reason I brought the camera and lens. The 70 err code on a new camera but searching online to solve this, I see it is a common fault, the SOPs created say this is procedure, the number of people who have sent for repair is astounding. 👎

@CanonUKandIE I'm on a chat. It's interesting how you have created SOPs for this. Needed because so many people are getting err 70? None work btw. I am stuck with the expense of the camera and lens, brought in UK but in Nepal, with a photo opp with tigers, I cannot take. Let down

@CrownWorldwide and they were never repacked. All to get valuable items. The measures in place to have access to people's possessions are not sufficient if someone can unpack a box like this and pack it back up.

@CrownWorldwide We cut them down from 4 x as many to put up in their new home. They painted them throughout our 2-year stay. How can this box be opened without a plan and somebody with access? Imagine you have rainbows, unicorns, pink elephants, and bright backgrounds with kids' names,

What I don’t understand is that the box had 12 kids' canvases that my daughters painted packed around it. These are colorful, can’t miss them canvases!
