What super home learning in Biggleswade class! 🍎📖William has amazed us with his creativity after learning about Pudding Lane. He made his own scroll & wrote a brilliant recount of the first few days of the Great Fire of London! 🔥 Incredible work, William!

Inspired by 19th-century photography pioneer #AnnaAtkins, Y5 created stunning seaweed studies using ink. With careful observation of texture, form & the beauty of nature they mirrored her groundbreaking cyanotypes. Science & history & art in one creative lesson! #NatureInArt

Our talented Art Club students were given the theme of change. They explored the transformation of Newport’s empty shops and designed bold new spaces for the community. The exhibition of forgotten places into inspiring environments is open until Saturday 3rd May at @quayarts #art

#CorfeForestSchool had an amazing time learning how to use fire steels to light mini fires! 🔥 Making the most of our surroundings they climbed trees, hunted bugs, relaxed in hammocks, & swung higher than the treetops 🌳
