this would be a $0 or a $50k/mo app idea… you choose.
2026 will be the year of widget apps.
1. workout tracker with a mascot
2. widgets = crazy retention
3. +272k weekly searches
add widgets for quick logs, today’s plan, rest timer, progressions.
who’s building this one?
this is how you can promote this app idea for $0.
1. hook + demo
2. faceless with app demo
first one is EASY, just use sora 2 + record your app.
second one seems low converting, but it’s the opposite if your app has STRONG visuals.
bookmark this for later.
don’t SLEEP on this format for your mobile app (it’s free)
> start with a cute girl + hook
> then add your app demo
if you’re shy create them with Sora 2.
this is pretty VIRAL because gen z (and boomers) already bookmark recipes.
what’s stopping you now?
no one’s building a “lo-fi girl” mobile app to help people focus.
1. 300k weekly searches
2. focus apps are doing $30k+/mo
3. no mascot apps (HUGE gap)
i made a simple one with rork ai, if you animate the rain + add sounds, it’s PERFECT.
what’s stopping you?
i bet EVERYTHING this mobile app idea could make $$$.
1. 289k weekly searches
2. women = main audience
3. it’s already viral with shorts
imagine an app like QUITTR for “no contact” but with a solid yearly (or lifetime) plan to reduce churn.
what’s stopping you?
you can promote your app for $0 with this format.
1. 2–3 pics
2. hook made with higgsfield
3. story + app demo screen
STOP saying “idk how to promote my app”.
add a subtle CTA and post it.
don’t overthink it.
@simonecanciello Hey
I’ve just made a workout tracker called UrSelf
What do you mean by « share your workout » feature ? Can you be more specific ?
And do you have any tips to market this ?
Thanks for your content
✨Introducing Netflix on React Native!
Two apps. One's built in JavaScript. Can you guess which?
Link to the GitHub project below👇
(Hint: The one that crashes on profile switch is from @NetflixEng 😉)
Two Related Problems:
1. useEffect is overused.
2. It's often hard to tell a useEffect is needless, because “useEffect” merely tells me *when* some code should run.
Solution: Name the function passed to useEffect.
✅Aids review
✅Clarifies intent
✅Helps us catch needless use
Yesterday at RNCK I demoed our new React Native IDE project we developed @swmansion. Check out the thread for details on each specific feature from the clip
