The booking system is a sham.
The dvla will be responsible for thousands more unlicensed/uninsured road users(as if not enough already).

@DVLAgovuk so after paying for my daughter to learn to drive and pass a theory test, she now cant get a date for a practical test. (Which can't be booked until theory passed)
You're not going to create a surge in unlicensed drivers on the road are you.
