@BravoPublicist I tbink it’s gorgeous & Garcelle is rightly proud of it but I do miss the fabulous homes of LVP & the like. Garcelle’s 2nd home is a much nicer place than EJ poky pad & she doesn’t seem to want to live extravagantly & I like that about her, she’s humble

It’s leaked all over our oak worktops staining them not to mention wasted dozens of pods. Your customer service is nil. We are going to scrap it & wont be buying another @LavazzaUK brand coffee machine bc our loyalty is rewarded with zero customer satisfaction

@LavazzaUK absolutely fed up with your coffee maker. We’ve bought the same espresso machine for 8 years now (on 4th one) it leaks constantly bc it doesn’t pierce the pods everytime but bc it did when we spoke to customer service they say nothing is wrong with it. I beg to differ
