@EpsonUK Worst customer service ever. No replies to emails and a call-back booked on a phone number that won’t work! Impossible to buy when support is this useless.

Fed up of paying for service and you’re only really offering terrestrial TV Services.. I mean seriously what am I paying for when I have to wait weekly to watch programs? You’re not ITV or BBC One? I’m about to unsubscribe.

@AppleTV @AppleTV feel I need to stop paying for your Service. It’s like watching terrestrial TV. The programs you offer under the paying subscription should not only be free but it should be put on by series not weekly. Please note I know you charge for films/programs.
