I’ve read some blogs and recent reports…

Science data shows classical methods (Random Forests, XGBoost etc.) drive ~77% of real ML work.

On structured data they beat LLMs on cost, speed & accuracy.
LLMs shine on text. Classic ML owns the numbers.
