Ninjas - we expect to deploy an update to all instances tomorrow (November 16). OC instance deployment is expected to begin at 2am AEDT (November 17). EU instance deployment is expected to begin at 6pm GMT. CA and NA instance deployments are expected to begin at 6pm PST/9pm EST.

Ninjas - we expect to deploy a backend upgrade to Ninja Data Protection in the CA instance today (October 18) beginning at 6pm PDT / 9pm EDT, in the OC instance tomorrow beginning at 2am AEDT (October 20), and to the EU and NA instances on October 26.

The EU instance upgrade will begin at 6pm GMT and the NA instance upgrade will begin at 6pm PDT / 9pm EDT. During this upgrade, you may be unable to deploy the Ninja backup agent, run backup jobs, or restore data, in addition to backup failures or inability to load backup data.
