Naruto’s arguments for universal are poor. Bleach’s universal rating is literally tied to the narrative.

Bleach has clear showings indicating the entire cosmology will be destroyed. Naruto has no showings at all

If Kaguya appeared after absorbing Madara and instead of what she actually did-she did what happened in this scan-it’s an upscale for her.

- a non-canon scan from Ninja Storm.

@trAzy__MG I’m not even trying to be being harsh or stubborn here. My criterion for Bleach being universal: Dozens of statements of outright destruction of the known cosmology. Multiple feats affecting the known cosmology with power alone.

Just show the equivalent. I haven’t seen it
