@theworststink @SanDiegoKnight Well, most of the H1B workers bank their Personal Time offs to visit their family. It would be 3 or 4 weeks. Basically , the number of business days which is permissible as per LAW. Secondly, the Temp worker can work remotely out of LCA location remotely for short period per DOL.
