Car dependant sprawl everywhere. Massive railway hub yet just one station, In the centre you cant use to commute around town. Look at the land use around it. Car Parks and big box stores. No density or apartments.

@UrmstonMeadows @Owler_Nook @TraffordCouncil That is survivorship bias. Build car infrastructure you get cars. Build railways you get Trains/Trams. Make bus lanes you get busses. Build cycle lanes you get bikes. Pedestrianize areas you get footfall.

You see people use the mode of transport the area is built for.
