Forgive me for still having an Asian Games hangover, but as I start this week, one story from the Games keeps coming back to me.

Sujeet Kalkal was 9-2 down with less than a minute & a half left.

Most of us have an inner voice that does the maths at a moment like this.

I certainly admit to having such a voice.

It assesses the odds and tells us when the rational thing is to accept defeat.

Sujeet clearly has another voice. One that says: Not yet.

He kept going. 9-2 became 10-9. And an Asian Games gold.

The lesson goes well beyond the wrestling mat.

When I look back, I realise that some of my key successes in business came when I listened to my other voice that fought the rational one and simply refused to throw in the towel.

There are times to listen to reason. And there are times to tell it to wait.

It ain’t over till it’s over.

समाज से सहयोग की अपील, एक साल का सफर… आपका साथ और हमारा संकल्प।

आज ही के दिन हमने जयचंद मीडिया की शुरुआत की थी। देखते ही देखते आज हमारी इस यात्रा को एक वर्ष पूरा हो गया। इस पूरे सफर में आपने जिस तरह अपना स्नेह, विश्वास और समर्थन दिया, उसके लिए हम हृदय से आप सभी के आभारी हैं।

आज जयचंद मीडिया केवल एक सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफॉर्म नहीं रहा, बल्कि हमारा परिवार लगातार कई सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफॉर्म पर तेजी से बढ़ रहा है। हमने अपनी सीमित क्षमता और उपलब्ध संसाधनों के बावजूद पूरी निष्ठा, ईमानदारी और समर्पण के साथ अपना दायित्व निभाने का प्रयास किया है।

इस यात्रा में चुनौतियाँ कम नहीं थीं। लेकिन आज हमारे सामने एक ऐसी चुनौती है, जिसका समाधान केवल हमारी व्यक्तिगत क्षमता से संभव नहीं है, संसाधनों की कमी।

2019 से ठाकुर फोर्स के माध्यम से और अब जयचंद मीडिया के माध्यम से हम लगातार अपने स्तर पर कार्य करते आए हैं। आज तक हमने कभी अपने निजी खर्चों के लिए समाज से सहयोग नहीं माँगा। लेकिन आज हम जो सहयोग माँग रहे हैं, वह किसी व्यक्तिगत आवश्यकता के लिए नहीं, बल्कि इस कार्य को और मजबूत करने के लिए है।

हम जयचंद मीडिया को केवल सोशल मीडिया तक सीमित नहीं रखना चाहते। हमारा प्रयास है कि इसे ग्राउंड पर भी पूरी निष्ठा और मजबूती के साथ उतारा जाए, ताकि समाज से जुड़ी आवाज़ों को बेहतर तरीके से सामने लाया जा सके। इसके लिए कैमरा, माइक्रोफोन, यात्रा और अन्य आवश्यक संसाधनों की आवश्यकता है।

और इसीलिए आज पहली बार हम आपसे सहयोग की अपेक्षा कर रहे हैं।

सच कहें तो यह अपील लिखते हुए हमारा जमीर भी हमें यही कहता है कि यदि हम समाज के लिए काम करने का दावा करते हैं, तो आवश्यकता के समय समाज के सामने अपनी जरूरत रखने में भी संकोच नहीं होना चाहिए।

आपका एक-एक सहयोग हमारे लिए केवल आर्थिक सहायता नहीं, बल्कि हमारे संकल्प पर आपका विश्वास होगा।

हम पूरी पारदर्शिता के साथ कार्य करेंगे। जिस भी खाते का विवरण साझा किया जाएगा, उसमें प्राप्त सहयोग राशि और उस राशि का कहाँ और किस कार्य में उपयोग किया गया, इसका पूरा विवरण आप सभी के सामने रखा जाएगा।

क्योंकि जयचंद मीडिया हमारा अकेले का नहीं, आपका भी है।
और सच तो यह है, आपसे ही हम हैं।

आज इस एक वर्ष की यात्रा पर हम आपको धन्यवाद भी कहना चाहते हैं और आगे की यात्रा के लिए आपका हाथ भी माँगना चाहते हैं।

Western UP produces the wealth, but Lucknow drains our resources. We are tired of subsidising other regions while our youth face unemployment and our people travel 700 km just for justice.

Western UP contributes over 50% of the state’s GDP, yet we are left with empty hands and broken promises. Our hard-earned tax money is drained out, leaving us completely neglected. The numbers don't lie, and the injustice cannot be ignored anymore.

Justice Delayed: The High Court is hundreds of kilometers away in Allahabad. Decades of demands for a Western Bench have fallen on deaf ears, forcing ordinary citizens to spend a lifetime traveling just to get a hearing. More than 50% of the cases in the Allahabad High Court are from Western Uttar Pradesh.

Healthcare Deficit: Despite our massive population and economic engine, we don't have a single AIIMS or top-tier central medical research facility. We have to travel to another state for treatment. In case of a major emergency, traveling that far is difficult, and someone could even lose their life in the process.

Educational Neglect: Where are the premier institutes for our youth? We have No IIT and No NIT in the region to match our economic contribution. We have to go to other states to get education.

How long will the economic backbone of the state be treated like an afterthought? The current administrative setup is too massive, inefficient, and highly centralized to serve our needs. The only viable, permanent solution for fair governance, localized development, and rightful representation is the creation of a separate state. It is time for Harit Pradesh.

Poor experience with SpiceJet. My original flight was cancelled, and I was given a replacement flt that was schd to depart 3 hours earlier. I’ve now been stuck at the airport for the past 3 hours, with the replacement flight being delayed repeatedly.

It's disappointing that no mainstream media is covering what's happening in Mukherjee Nagar or the issues students are facing with Vision IAS. And when students take to the streets to protest, they're simply labeled as "anti-government."
