@zomatocare just got delivered chicken salad instead of Mediterranean falafel salad. The IVR customer support is pointless. I’m utterly disturbed and the solution from your support team is a credit of Rs.600/-. I’m traumatized as it affects my religion and moreover my principle

All the food handling and hygiene concerns are mere gimmicks it looks like. Expecting a call at the very least.
@zomato@zomatocare I feel harassed mentally. The restaurant Harvest Salad Co is being operated irresponsibly and as a platform @zomato should ensure proper guidelines for food preparation. This is unacceptable and you will be taken to consumer court for this.
