I am in sangmitra express (12296) ,traveling from buxar to chennai . I have RAC ticket in 3AC ( pnr- 6532069077) . A lot of seat is empty in 1st AC and 3E , but TT is not confirming RAC tickets and they are not upgrading to 1st AC also. Pls help me , we have 2 day.

They have deliver the car(Nexon petrol) after 7 months.Till now they have not given car number plates

and car cover. They deliver the car on 6th July 2022. They are simply telling we will give tomoroow. They have taken 40K more amount from booking time, They have denied the corporate tax and accessiries promised at the time of booking. Booking date 28th Dec 2021.

@tata_cars I booked XZA+ on 28 Dec 2021. It has become more than 5 months. It is realy that much waiting period . I am planning to cancel. They promised for 15 more days. We will see....

@irctcwestzone @RailwaySeva They came and asked me to take your complain back. We will return your 5 rs extra taken by us. I told ,what about others, everyone paid 20rs for water.
Pls take necessary action or cancel their contract with railway.

We got very worst food with 120rs per plate. We can get this food in 50 rs outside. Please take a action against train no-11078 , food catering. They are just looting the passenger. They are charging 120 for small quantity rice, 2 chapati , dal, and one vegetable.

Food quality is very bad with 120rs per plate. They are charging 20rs for water bottle. I went for complain, they argue with me that, complain will not work. And finally they did not give me complain book.
