What is most sad and disappointing is Col Rakesh Dandapat one the the bravest, charitable and finest men I know is risking his life as a @adgpi Indian Army solider defending our border full time 24/7/365 and invested majority of his life's savings in #sintexindustries Sintex Industries because news came in all leading papers that @RIL_Updates Reliance Industries is taking over #sintexindustries, will be losing his lives saving with Sintex Industries share cancellation while #fatcat #Motabhai spent Rs 700 crores on his daughters wedding but could not even give Rs 57 crores in capital write off to old Sintex Industries shareholders.

Rs 57 crores capital write off was just 0.76% of the total liabilities involved of Rs 7535 crores.

We had sent below information (image below) by email also to #sintexindustries IRP and also by email to Reliance Industries @RIL_Updates and also to Mukesh and Nita Ambani but no response was given nor was anything done.

3 of us were even main litigants and tried to present our case to NCLT and NCLAT but we lost because we were not even heard properly and current NCLT laws are in favour of #fatcats. By current NCLT law, shareholder approval is deemed approved and shareholders are not given a chance to even vote forget give approval on the NCLT decision to award the company to the new bidder.

Of course I should not forget to mention that #sintexindustries liabilities were Rs 7535 crores but Reliance won the NCLT bid for only Rs 3651 crores, a haircut and discount of 52% to actual liabilities of Sintex Industries.
