Going through a lot of mental trauma with this UMC thing.
Without getting a single warning during the exam how could they directly file UMC to us.

This is hell going on with the students of #ChandigarhUniversity. Just doing mental harassment on students and their families. Implementing lots of late & false UMC and late fees even before registration of the upcoming semester starts. #falseumc #removelatefee
