@deborahetim_ @thisibi I get mine from Amazon. You can probably also get them in a health or vitamin store. They say it’s best to consume it in its oil form but I was too scared of the flavor. I started off just taking 1 a day and after a month changed to 2 which works best for me.

There’s a very Texas sized spider out in the garage and I showed it to my dogs to see if they’d take ‘em out for me. The spider started moving and the 3 of us took tf off. Like I really raised cowards and I can’t even be mad at them
