@AirCanada I so regret booking my parents tickets with you guys! You blocked my $7000 for nothing in return. I wish I had booked with @emirates or @etihad who have better policies than you guys. Your call wait time is 2 hours and no way to reach out or expedite issue #aircanada
@AirCanada Can you please look into the request I made last week? I don’t see any resolution on this. My $7000 is on hold as credit with you guys and I can’t use it to book tickets. Tickets are getting costlier day by day. Your delay in response is causing us huge issues.
We should at least have a phone line to talk to somebody who can guide us instantly. I have to book tickets of my parents for January and I’m just waiting for your reply. Can you pls expedite?

@Keerthi_Aavula Yes, I think they are allowed if transit time is 6 hours. It shouldn’t be more than that though. You are good to go! But still wait for them to respond to your queries. Attaching screenshots of my conversation with them.
@Rr14070553@EtihadHelp This is what I got in my DMs on Twitter and Facebook Messenger. Seems it is minimum 4 hr 50 mins and max 6 hrs layover allowed in Abu Dhabi to get the test and receive reports in time. However, it may change, we will have to wait for an update by them.
