@hahaawhyyy @BikasitaN @airindiain That's precisely the confusion. A CoPR is a confirmation of Permanent Residence so for the CoPR holders, does the 3 month rule apply or are they exempt from it? Do you consider CoPR holders as regular PRs in which case the 3 month rule should not matter. Pls reply @airindiain

@Sakshi62095530 @mike290989 @airindiain please respond. This is a genuine doubt that people in a similar situation have. CoPRs have got permission from the Canadian government. The MHA guidelines do not have anything mentioned about CoPR holders. Such holders do not have a valid visa for more than 3 months

@CanadainIndia @TravelGoC @nadirypatel My family member has a CoPR that is due to expire on July 25th. Can they book a ticket? The MHA guideline says to book a rescue flight the minimum validity on visas should be 3 months. Does this also hold true for CoPR holders or are they exempt from this rule? Please respond.

@CanadainIndia @TravelGoC What about people with a CoPR? They are not allowed to travel in the rescue flights as currently you need to have a 1 year valid visa to fly in such flights. I have family stuck in India with a CoPR that is due to expire by mid July. Please push for an exception for such cases.
