@elonmusk @teslaenergy I’ve been an avid user of all Tesla products and I signed up for Tesla electric 9 months ago in order to get free Tesla charging at night but if never worked. It doesn’t recognize my Tesla charging in the bill and I’m paying $25/month for it. I’ve called support at least 10 times and no one has addressed my problem. It’s by far the worst experience I’ve had with any Tesla products. Please take a look into it.
