The demand for a 5 Day Work Week in banks is not new. It already stands agreed upon in the Bipartite Settlement of March 2024. What remains is its long-pending implementation.

At the same time, the unilateral and discriminatory PLI system must be abolished and replaced with a fair, transparent and inclusive framework for all employees, recognising the collective effort behind every institution’s performance.

Hardworking bank employees are not asking for privilege. They are asking for implementation of an agreement and equality in reward.

A motivated banking workforce strengthens Indian banking and the nation.

@suzuki2wheelers I visited your service centre in Kanjurmarg, Mumbai on 18th Sept. for my third servicing. From last week the rear tire of my vehicle has stopped moving. I had registered doorstep service and informed Suzuki Kanjurmarg regarding the issue. Till now I haven't received any response.

Irritated with @Uber auto services in Nagpur city. Everytime I book auto, they send an e-rickshaw. Not at all comfy.

Hey @amazonIN Haven't received my order with tracking Id 338711167683 even though it's showing as delivered. The delivery person did not contact me at the time of delivery. No parcel was received at the place of delivery. Hope you sort this issue soon.

@NeetaBusIn Did not expect such service from a seasoned bus operator. Feedback from passengers was also not asked which they so often do after every journey. Appreciate a partial/ half refund for the passenger ordeal.

@redBus_in @NeetaBusIn This is with reference to my bus journey dated 24th September 2023 from Pune to Mumbai. I had a horrid time during the journey. First of all, it was supposed to be an air conditioned bus but the AC was not working. Secondly, the headlights were not working.

The passengers protested with the driver to stop riding considering the safety aspect. @NeetaBusIn was unable to arrange for a bus for all passengers. Hence, we were accommodated in their next buses plying on the same route. We had to travel standing during our further journey.
