@amazonIN I had purchased a wall hanging vide order id 404-5651662-3381966. Further I had raised a return request on 17 Apr and since the agent could not pick it up due to the big size of the article as per Amazon customer support again raised a request on 20 April

Since I am going abroad for 10 days tomorrow, this has created a problem.
