At Bijwasan Toll Plaza, many commuters are facing unnecessary delays. Earlier, crossing was a matter of seconds, but now vehicles often wait 10–15 minutes in line.
Either the FASTag equipment is faulty/old, or the process is poorly managed. Earlier, staff would actively help

commuters and take quick decisions. Now, despite having walkie-talkies, the staff only keep coordinating among themselves without resolving the issue.
If FASTag is not scanned, commuters are simply told to move to another line instead of staff stepping out and assisting properly.

I m almost sure that the product to be delivered was tampered by ur delivery executive only and placed a old different used dirty product in it @ekartlogistics @flipkartsupport @Flipkart as after getting to know about this, i contacted him 20 times but he is evading my calls.
