I again called on 1st January 2024, they asked me to call on 2nd January 2024 and then they will make me talk to the Claims Department.

I called the Customer Support on 27th December 2023, telling him that I have not received the amount, to which he asked me to wait for another 24 - 48 hours.

The claim got Approved on 21st December 2023, with the Approval Letter stating that the amount will be credited to my account within 3 working days, which means, starting from 21st Dec, the 3 working days got over on 27th Dec
