Anurag Kashyap Booked for Caste Slur!

I have filed a formal complaint against filmmaker Anurag Kashyap at Tilak Marg Police Station, New Delhi, yesterday.
The complaint pertains to his casteist remark, "Brahmanon pe mootunga. Koi dikkat?" which has deeply hurt public sentiment and promotes enmity in a diverse society.

Mr. Kashyap's statement is an affront to the principles enshrined in the Constitution and constitutes punishable offences under Sections 194, 195, 354, 356 and 357 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and other statues.

This complaint is not just a legal formality but rather it is a sharp and rightful dissent against his casteist and disgraceful comment: "Brahman par mootunga, koi dikkat?"

Well, Mr. @anuragkashyap72 here's your DIKKAT.

When your creativity starts to stink of hate, the law doesn't just watch, it acts. Mr. Kashyap may have personal disagreements with certain individuals and that's normal in any society. But dragging an entire community into his frustration and making vile remarks like "urinating on Brahmins" is not just unacceptable, it's disgraceful. Disagreement is one thing and degrading an entire community is another. And when that line is crossed, the law will definitely respond, firmly and without hesitation.

No one, no matter how woke, intellectual or well known he/she is, has the license to defame any community, especially not in the name of Freedom of Expression!

OCD is a clinical disorder.
In Obsessive Compulsive Disorder,
the person doesn't get a kick after doing an act in OCD like you get after doing an art. Rather, he remains stuck in it to the level of clinical distress because he is not convinced it is perfectly done.
Kindly refrain from using clinical diagnosis as a part of your everyday bountiful vocabulary when you don't know what it is. 😊👍

@EdwinaKaJeth It’s not about her clothes. It’s about the “place.” You can dress anyway you like, it’s about the place. One always dresses according to the place they’re visiting. Eg. In marriages we dress differently, in parties we dress differently and while swimming, we dress differently.
