Today, the people of Lolab are seeking answers from Hon’ble Chief Minister Omar Abdullah. During the election campaign, a promise was made to give Lolab ministerial representation. The people want to know: What happened to that promise? @OmarAbdullah
Even with our own government and a Tribal Minister, why are our voices still unheard? We need action, not promises. Our votes matter, and our rights deserve justice.Justice for our Bakerwal community in Anantnag! I urge the government to take immediate action and ensure justice
I have started 48 hrs hunger strike in support of @RahulGandhi who is fighting against BJP. Only #RahulGandhi can change things across the country and save this beautiful country. Election Commissioner should resign immediately. #RahulGandhi#ElectionCommissionOfIndia
As an ordinary citizen, I have the constitutional right to question my government.
Hon’ble CM, I have a few simple questions:
On 5 August, your party held a protest, but why was there no mention of Article 370 or Article 35A on your banners or posters—issues on which you sought votes?
Why did you choose to go to Rajouri on 5 August instead of standing in Kashmir and leading the protest yourself?
If an MP can go to Constitution Club to raise the issue of Article 35A and Article 370, why couldn’t you do the same?
The people of Kashmir deserve clear answers—not silence.
Are you truly standing with the people, or are you misleading them?
@RuhullahMehdi@OmarAbdullah
Today, 5 August, is remembered by millions of people in Jammu & Kashmir as a day associated with the loss of constitutional identity, democratic rights, and the dignity of statehood.
On 5 August 2019, the special constitutional status of Jammu & Kashmir was revoked, and the former State was reorganized into two Union Territories. It is our clear position that this decision was taken without the consent of the people of Jammu & Kashmir and overlooked their democratic mandate and constitutional rights.
We wish to make it clear that Article 370 and the constitutional safeguards associated with it were not a gift from any government, political party, or individual. They were constitutional guarantees enshrined in the Constitution of India. Therefore, we believe that restoring these rights would be consistent with the principles of justice, federalism, and the spirit of the Constitution.
Even today, the people of Jammu & Kashmir continue to demand the restoration of their identity, their constitutional rights, and their statehood. We call upon the Government to take meaningful steps towards the restoration of Article 370 and to reinstate full Statehood for Jammu & Kashmir so that its people can live with dignity and enjoy their constitutional, political, and democratic rights.
We strongly urge the present Government to respect the aspirations of the people, uphold the supremacy of the Constitution, restore Jammu & Kashmir's unique constitutional identity, and act in accordance with the principles of justice and democracy.
We firmly believe that lasting peace, sustainable development, and long-term stability can only be achieved when the constitutional rights, democratic voice, and identity of the people are respected. Our struggle remains constitutional, democratic, and peaceful, and we hope that one day 5 August will be remembered not as a day of injustice, but as a day when justice, dignity, and the people's trust were restored.
Thank you.

It is with profound sorrow and deep grief that I express my heartfelt condolences over the tragic cloudburst that struck Hamli, Warnow, Lolab, in Kupwara district. This unfortunate disaster claimed the precious life of a woman, leaving her family and the entire local community in mourning.
I extend my deepest sympathies to the bereaved family and pray that Almighty Allah grants them Sabr-e-Jameel (patience and strength), forgives the departed soul, and blesses her with the highest place in Jannat-ul-Firdous. Ameen.
This natural calamity has also caused severe damage to agricultural land, standing crops, and apple orchards, affecting the livelihoods of many families. A year's hard work and hopes were washed away within moments. According to reports, the worst financial losses have been suffered in Lone Mohalla and Qureshi Mohalla of Warnow, Lolab.
I earnestly appeal to the Hon'ble @OmarAbdullah Chief Minister of Jammu & Kashmir to announce an immediate relief and rehabilitation package for the affected families. I also respectfully urge the Hon'ble Deputy Commissioner @dckupwara of Kupwara and the concerned Hon'ble Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) @qaysar_lone to personally visit the affected areas, assess the extent of the damage, and ensure the prompt provision of financial assistance, fair compensation, and all necessary government support.
In particular, the family that lost their loved one is living in extreme poverty and is financially vulnerable. They are in urgent need of humanitarian and financial assistance. I sincerely request the administration to extend every possible support to this family so they can cope with this irreparable loss and begin rebuilding their lives.
In this difficult hour, we stand in complete solidarity with all the affected families. I pray that Almighty Allah protects our people from such disasters, grants courage and resilience to those affected, and blesses our region with lasting peace, safety, and prosperity.

On behalf of the Gujjar-Bakarwal community, I sincerely express my heartfelt gratitude to Honorable Forest Minister Javed Rana Sahib for his timely intervention and support.
For nearly 70 years, the Gujjar-Bakarwal community has been living on forest land, building simple shelters and sustaining their livelihoods by grazing their livestock in these traditional areas. However, over the past few years, our community has faced immense hardship, with many families being prevented from accessing their customary grazing lands.
The recent order issued under the direction of Honorable Javed Rana Sahib, stating that no action should be taken against the Gujjar-Bakarwal community until the verification process is completed, has brought a great sense of relief and hope. This decision will allow our people to continue their traditional way of life and graze their livestock without unnecessary fear or harassment.
At the same time, we firmly oppose any illegal encroachments or unauthorized constructions within forest areas. Such activities are against the law and should be stopped immediately. We fully support the protection and conservation of our forests and believe that any unlawful encroachment must be dealt with strictly and fairly.
We thank Honorable Javed Rana Sahib once again for standing with justice, ensuring due process, and giving confidence to the Gujjar-Bakarwal community while also safeguarding the interests of our forests.
@JavedRanaa

For the first time in 12 years, the BJP was forced to bow before the voice of the people, and Dharmendra Pradhan has finally resigned. If this resignation had come 10 days earlier, perhaps the tragic events at Jantar Mantar and the suffering faced by our daughters and sisters could have been avoided.
Let this be a reminder: whenever anything wrong happens to our country or its people, we will continue to raise our voices peacefully and stand united for justice.
Brotherhood will always prevail.
Long live unity. Long live India. 🇮🇳

"13 July 1931... a date that can never be separated from Kashmir's collective memory.
On this day, many homes lost their light. Many mothers lost their sons, many children lost their fathers, and countless families were changed forever.
History is not just a collection of dates—it is also the story of sacrifices and tears that are remembered for generations.
Today reminds us not of hatred, but of remembrance, reflection, and the importance of peace.
May Allah have mercy on all those who lost their lives on that day and grant strength and comfort to their families. Ameen."

Yes, Imam Hussain (AS) says, “Do you not see that truth is no longer acted upon, and falsehood is no longer restrained?”
When those in power corrupt the institutions of a Nation which were meant to uphold justice, rights, human dignity. When corruption is at peak where even the future of the generation is not spared. When the Exams are compromised in exchange for money. When a section of the society is dehumanised to benefit those in power. When people are lynched because they belong to a different faith. When people are put in jails because they belong to a different faith. When bail is decided on the basis of proximity or surrender to the power and a particular faith. When people’s representatives sell their souls in exchange for money, positions or out of fear. When constitutional guarantees like 370 are removed without the consent of the people. Imam Hussain (AS) essentially says;
Do we not witness a political order in which truth is no longer translated into action, while falsehood, injustice, and tyranny continue without effective challenge?
And He (AS) does inspire a free human to challenge it.
“Someone like me will not come to terms with this kind of situation”
The condition of the Mortuary Cabinet (Dead Body Storage Chamber) at SMHS Hospital raises serious concerns. When a deceased person was brought for storage, hospital officials reportedly stated that the machine was not functioning. When questioned about why it had not been repaired, the response was that it was the government's responsibility.
This is difficult to understand. If such essential equipment in one of the largest hospitals of Jammu and Kashmir remains non-functional, what must be the condition of smaller hospitals across the region?
This is a direct question to the Hon'ble Health Minister and the Hon'ble Chief Minister: Are you only focused on uploading photographs and making announcements on social media, or are you also ensuring that critical healthcare infrastructure is functioning on the ground?
The people deserve accountability, not excuses. Public trust cannot be built through publicity alone. If basic facilities in premier hospitals are neglected, it reflects a serious failure of governance. The people are watching, and they will give their verdict at the appropriate time.

Karbala ki reet par likhi gayi ek aisi dastaan,
Jis ne haq ke liye de di apni jaan.
Na jhuke zulm ke aage, na badla apna waqar,
Hazrat Imam Hussain (RA) hain sabr aur wafa ka shahkaar.
"Sir kata sakte hain, magar haq aur sach ka daaman nahin chhor sakte." 🖤🥀

The incident at Government Boys High School, Shranth, Lolab, District Kupwara, where political party flags were displayed on school premises in the presence of an MLA, raises serious concerns. Public schools are taxpayer-funded spaces meant strictly for education and must remain politically neutral. Such use of school property for political visibility undermines institutional integrity. The District Administration and concerned authorities should urgently investigate the matter and ensure accountability.

Public development projects are funded by taxpayers' money, not from any politician's personal pocket. Providing street lights, roads, water, and other basic public services is a constitutional responsibility of the state and elected representatives, not a personal favor.
The true measure of development lies in the transparency, quality, and public benefit of these projects—not in prominently displaying an individual's name on every project. People want public service, not political promotion.
