@brivael Je suis pas sûr que la ZAN empêche la densification urbaine puisqu'on doit justement construire dans des zones déjà constructibles (surélévation, etc)
@mrvicfer Oui OK en valeur absolue mais pas en pourcentage et on aurait quand-même moins de services donc. C'est sûr que si les impôts sont à 0 la taxe corruption l'est également. (Je suis pour un grand ménage dans les dépenses et des baisses d'impôts.)

Regarding bit CT accounts known as very good traders like @donalt: we have a lot of wisdom to learn from them, but:
1. They have, as everyone, no idea of what will happen
2. They are probably less in sync with the market than a few months/years ago because less hungry
