@Owennfa not broken it works exactly as they designed...unless your "given" the benefit with your employment package
like so many .gov employees you will lose money insuring yourself for dental...in other words it's a scam..and you will lose
As a doc Gotta work three years for them and watch them destroy what you built … capital gains tax… Loss of all your tax benefits… your 40% ROE owning operating the practice becomes 6% in the arbitrage… But now you can work on your phone at the country club like your rich friends you watched for so many years
@NoLimitGains They need their 15% return. So what do they do increase production by 30%? It’s not that hard to do at all raise the prices a little on the cash people and increase procedures/billing on anybody you can’t increase price… Yes, you’re gonna have your teeth cut get used to it
@shawngorham I’m a general that does ortho and you can recognize the ones that need a specialist. My opinion they’re just been equipped for certain cases
Learned comprehensive ortho and finished hundreds of cases since the 90s. Dozens of aligner therapy cases. Looking at your pictures and videos of your teeth and jaws.
I would say you need an orthodontist, young brother. And it looks like it would be at least combination therapy if not full comprehensive that you need
@GrulkeLamonte ...60 minutes is blazing but...anterior tooth RCT is $1200 but an anterior crown can be difficult to color match. I could see charging $2200 for that with a post and core. and you could do that in an hour +. 40% margin=$1360/hour + net..pretty good...back tooth no way to do it
@realestatedude0 Our practice is last of the Mohicans. Treat you like family, fair fee , high competency, on time
And we all realize it.
We’re actually kicking patients out we don’t like now. But this is our 40th year. And our type of practice is going bye-bye
@realestatedude0 Don’t be shocked. Dso are not all private equity. And they may even have a 3 to 5 year committed previous owner. But they’re owned by someone or other than who’s doing the work. And all they give a damn about is production. F the patient.
@realestatedude0 yeah it's year round for 4 years...there are 3 semesters charged...i really don't know what kid would do this...they seem to prey on middle class no family wealth not connected types and foreign born...i finished there in mid 80s with 80K debt seemed insurmountable
