Room 1703 at Mövenpick Myth Hotel Patong Phuket is nightmare. Severe dust triggered my medical allergy, there’s a concerning crack on the 17th-floor balcony, and rude staff have been dismissive.

I’ve escalated this to the GM and am still waiting
