My 65-year-old father had to travel to the USA via @qatarairways from Chennai Airport due to an emergency. Despite having a confirmed ticket (booked at nearly 2x normal fare), he was treated terribly at the airport.

@flyspicejet Dear Spicejet, I have booked the flights for amount 8.5K in Spicejet for my parents(55+ age) travel. Due to corona the flights got cancelled, has sent it to shell account where forcing the same person to travel. Please at least allow any other person to travel with that PNR .
