Had a terrible experience with @Flipkart recently. Bought a @Lenovo_in @Lenovo @Moto phone #motorolaedge20 fusion on January 20th. Within 2 days of usage, the phone developed the following issues:
1)overheating
2)automatic restart

they offered to replace the #smartphone again. The whole process was repeated for the third time, with no satisfactory result. Although repeatedly contacted @flipkartsupport for about 15 times, they were of no help. Have been running behind this for almost a month now. Pls #Help

When checked on #Flipkart, it was informed that the #Claims have been rejected. Again, contacted #Flipkart and was informed that the amount would be refunded within a week. Yet, that was also rejected by the technician that came for inspection. When contacted for the third time,
