Durandhar: The Revenge is absolutely fantastic! Loved every bit of it. @RanveerOfficial is brilliant, and the music by @shashwatology, especially the use of vintage songs leaves a lasting impact. Huge respect to @AdityaDharFilms for his conviction and craft. The lengths a soldier goes for patriotism makes the soul of the film.

Congratulations to the entire team 👏

Analysis : Selling OTT rights becomes even more difficult!

The market leaders - Netflix, Amazon Prime Video & JioHotstar has introduced new conditions & terms when they buy digital rights from producers!

*Nobody is interested in big star driven films and even if they buy only at 40-50% of 2024 prices. Recently one of the streaming platforms internally told their sales team to concentrate more on small films with unique content. No wonder many Tamil big hero films are unable to sell OTT rights and producers are struggling to launch new production.

*Latest is that even if the platforms buy new films, they are demanding box-office collection reports of first 25 days of the film. They want a certificate from an auditing firm/Chartered Accountant about actual collection of the film and not social media reports. And if the collection are below par, as per agreement they can reduce a percentage from the promised amount. Remember unlike earlier times when money was settled by platforms before release, now final settlement is made only 60 days after OTT release!

*And after OTT release if there are any legal or political issues, the risk is on the producer. Two under production big films which are said to have “political overtones” their OTT rights are yet to be sold!

*Now platforms are also willing to procure new films for “exclusive 1 year streaming rights” at a much lower rate than 5/10 year’s rights.

Will these tough measures taken by OTT platforms bring down star salaries as “streaming rights” have lost their shine and value?

3.5 years of consistency can do wonders!

I was at 126.5 kgs in Oct 2021, and now at 69.7kgs( checked 2 days back). Down by more than 56 KGS!!

Started with simple and stuck to it. Consistently putting in exercise, choosing strength training and weightlifting with cardio and good nutrition.

Would love to write more about the journey or help anyone if they are struggling. Have struggled with weight and obesity all my life.

[Nithin Shetty @Nithinshetty00]

@Yuva_Sanchari @bengaluruboy8 Rajath and Manju iddru irbowdhu. But colors will send Gowthami. I feel Gowtahmi will get more vote than Rajath and Manju antta ansutte. Gowthami Sathya serial was no 1 in Karnataka once. She has some organic followers in ground level.

NEW: Today, I’m releasing a Surgeon General’s Advisory on the causal link between alcohol consumption and increased cancer risk. Alcohol is the 3rd leading preventable cause of cancer in the U.S., contributing to about 100,000 cancer cases and 20,000 cancer deaths each year.
