@amazonIN is the best amongst all applications because they always give benefit of doubt to customer . I have stopped using most other applications because they aren't worth the time. @ZeptoNow@zeptocares when you don't trust customer why do want their money
@ZeptoNow@zeptocares you keep sending rotten and wrong items with least concern for customer and when asked for exchange or refund you ask them to send email by shadow banning from chats using your AI. If you are so concerned about profit kindly improve quality of items
This is how you make them hesitant to ask for refund from denying chat support. When you are so smart why not put AI to check if veggies are fresh and fruits are not rotten. Your system is based on assumption that customers are crooks instead of @amazonIN where customers are king

@RapidoCares@ohshinbhat No you don't. Instead you tell customers not to pay extra even when driver won't listen to any of your requests. @Uber_India, @Mahindralog_MLL and @Olacabs are way better. Your cab drivers always have this issue. They abuse saying why did you book premier when you can't pay
@alla_cma @ManjuKBye I have been scolded in railway station by the outside state people for not being able to answer in Hindi and he even gave a lecture that it's our national language. he doesn't realise it's official language of the state and not anything else
@ManjuKBye This is what happens when the local populace learns their language. if we go to Germany or France or Japan for the same job related travel you make sure you learn beforehand. India is a union of states. I hope they realise that they have to make efforts
@airtelindia I have raised a billing issue three days back and I was promised a resolution by 21.06 on October 16,2024. It has been 21.09 already and there is no response. I have been charged for roaming calls in infinity plan. Isn't it a daylight robbery

@airtelindia Infact I had raised a call back for the same issue via complaint no 31-1000001103638 raised on October 12. they promised I will get a call back in 24 hours but nothing happened. If at all I have to pay I will do so and take it consumer court for daylight robbery
When i contact the customer care I get a reply like it's not our bother and as if they are doing a favour by making payment back to the source. I mean obviously you have to return the money. Shouldn't there be a compensation for your lack of ability to deliver the order

@drunkJournalist they should have been arrested on the spot . They should be tried for intent to murder. Will they do the same if it was their own kid.
