@SymmetraInfo @Blizzard_Ent @PlayOverwatch I think what’s worse is when it was first implemented heroes had more build up before the souvenir showed up, giving you a "ooo what souvenir are they gonna pull out" kind of moment, but now most newer heroes just have it pop out in a second, it really loses its charm that way
