@TeamYouTube Would there be any possibility to end the Creator Support chat and start a new one, or possibly resolve the situation here via X as we have done previously?
@TeamYouTube I have received a false Community Guidelines strike for the following video, which is purely just a compilation of comedic moments in the video game, Roblox:
https://t.co/vXqX5ZAD1F
The video was incorrectly flagged for "Nudity and Sexual Content" by your automated system, and yet nothing within the video, nor the highlighted mark within the video, would warrant the strike. The video is more specifically showcasing a certain glitch that allows the player's avatar to fling anybody that comes into contact with it. There is nothing sexual whatsoever within the video.
I've attempted to appeal, however, my appeal was rejected instantaneously by your autonomous system. Can you please have a human re-review this video, as it does not go against the Community Guidelines whatsoever. Thanks!
The Creator Support email team is unfortunately not assisting me with the issue. They haven't shared a decision, but rather they are relaying information that I already am aware of and disregarding the problem. I'm requesting further assistance from somebody at @TeamYouTube as I am unable to communicate via email
Thank you for responding! I appreciate you attempting to connect me with the email support team, however, they have not given me any assistance with the issue at hand. Unfortunately within the emails, I'm being met with delayed and contrived responses that aren't even related to the situation.
Previously, I have had this same exact issue with Community Guidelines strikes a few times in the past, and you guys at @TeamYouTube on Twitter/X have been able to accommodate me with help via this platform. I would very much prefer to resolve this issue here, as you guys have been exceedingly helpful and friendly. All I'm requesting is for a real human to re-review the video, as it does not violate any of the guidelines and the autonomous system had made a mistake with flagging my video.
Again, I just wanna thank you so much, I really do appreciate all your guys' help! And I look forward to hearing back!
(Attached are screenshots of you guys previously helping me with the exact same issue a few months ago)
Hey! I appreciate the response! I received the DM, and I was told I'd get an email about the issue within 1-2 business days. This was on 7/16, and I haven't received an email yet.
I've previously had this same exact issue a few times in the past with false Community Guidelines strikes (and subsequently an instantaneous appeal rejection), and every time it has been resolved via X/Twitter and my videos have been reinstated (I could provide screenshots and any additional information if needed). Could you guys on X/Twitter escalate the situation and request to have a human re-review the video, as I have not heard anything from the email support team?
Thanks so much for all the help!
@TeamYouTube I have received two false Community Guidelines strikes back-to-back for the following videos, which are purely just comedic moments in the video game, Roblox:
https://t.co/P8u04kTSVn
https://t.co/FMlDCIAQEH
Your automated system denied my appeal for the first video instantly. The strike for the second video (the Short) is still pending, and has been pending for over a week now.
Can you please have a human review these videos, as they do not go against the Community Guidelines whatsoever. Thanks!
Thank you so much, I genuinely appreciate all the help!
One more thing - I had submitted an appeal for the short as well (uk8dkptMyWk) like you had suggested previously, and unfortunately that appeal was also instantly rejected by your automated system again. It's of very similar content to the video that was reinstated previously, both being comedic videos on the video game "Roblox." And this video also did not contain any sexual content nor nudity whatsoever, which is what the automated flagging system had issued the strike for.
If you could help with getting this video reevaluated as well, that would be very much appreciated! Thank you so much again for all your help, really! :)
I appreciate the response, however, I disagree with the decision. I would actually like a human to re-review it, as it was definitely an automated decision. The appeal was instantly rejected by your automated system in less than 10 minutes, and the video in question is about 12 minutes long.
Both videos were flagged for "Nudity and Sexual Content," and yet nothing within the video, nor the highlighted marks within the videos, would warrant the strikes. As I said, they are videos about comedic moments in the video game, Roblox, and your system had automatically flagged the videos.
I know there's more you can do on your end, as I've had videos reevaluated in the past. I appreciate your time and effort and look forward to hearing back from you. Thanks!
Thanks so much! If context is needed, I'd be more than happy to provide it. The timestamp that was flagged shows the 2 characters in close vicinity and a voice line (which is actually from another Youtuber's video), intended to provoke a reaction for a comedic moment. The characters being in close-vicinity is not intended to be anything sexual, which I believe is what the automated system had flagged, as it was not flagged by the community. But if the verbiage was the issue, the content should only be age-restricted, as per the community guidelines. I appreciate any and all help! :)
@TeamYouTube I got a strike on this video https://t.co/tcLWt92xM9 about comedic moments in the video game, Roblox. Your automated system denied my appeal instantly. As per reading the community guidelines, the language used within the video should only have the video age-restricted, if anything. Can you please have a human review it
